Who is Compass Salestraining und Consulting GmbH? 

Our network consists of different specialists from different countries. 

According to customers´ need we may build a team or a special program will be developed by a specific Trainer / Consultant.

Our base is in Zurich, Switzerland. 

The first and last contact person in any sales development project is our GM:

Mr. Chaled Sharkawi, based in Augsburg – Germany, has been working in the sales field for 40 years by now.  First as sales-rep, and teamleader, later as a coach. 

According to his qualifications, he has now been working as a trainer, coach and consultant in the sales sector for over 30 years.
